Creator Program Terms
1. Commission rate and duration
Each creator's commission rate and the number of months commissions are paid per referred customer are set individually and confirmed with you when you join.
2. Holding period and refunds
Commissions stay pending for 30 days after each payment. If a customer is refunded, the related commission is reversed.
3. Self-referrals
Purchases made by you, or with your own email address, are not eligible for commission.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly for approved balances of $25 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
5. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your paid partnership with Ink Arts in every post that promotes it, as required by the FTC (for example #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label).
