Ink Arts ("we", "us", "our") operates inkarts.ai and related services that let you generate tattoo designs using AI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and avatar (if you sign in with Google).
- Design data: the prompts you submit and the images we generate for you.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only your subscription tier and customer ID.
- Usage data: request timestamps and quota counts to enforce plan limits.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to deliver the service: authenticate you, generate and store your designs, enforce plan quotas, process payments, and respond to support requests. Designs you mark as public are displayed in the public gallery alongside your display name.
4. Service providers
We share the minimum data necessary with: Supabase (auth, database, storage), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers (image generation). We do not sell your data.
5. Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your Account page, or by emailing us at info@inkarts.ai. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA.
6. Retention
We keep your account and design data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your designs and personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain billing records.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data to third parties.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
