Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ink Arts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ink Arts generates tattoo design images from text prompts using third-party AI models. Output is provided on an as-is basis; we do not guarantee uniqueness, suitability for tattooing, or that designs are free of resemblance to existing artwork.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ink Arts to generate:

• Content depicting minors in a sexual context
• Content that promotes violence or hatred against protected groups
• Content infringing on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, or harass

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

6. Ownership

You own the prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign you ownership of the generated images for your personal and commercial use. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display designs you mark as public in the gallery.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors or unexpected elements. Always review designs carefully before getting tattooed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
